RETURNS
The Small Print
We want you to love what you buy!
But sometimes that's not always the case. If the product does not fit, is defective, or just not what you expected you can return the unused and unworn item in its' original packaging for a full refund or exchange, except for custom orders. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of items.
Return shipping is not provided, and it is recommended that returned items are sent with a tracking number.
Please, let us know if you are unhappy with your product, and we will do our best to satisfy our customers.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How We Do It
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout, and we do combine shipping on multiple items. Unless specified, the minimum shipping charge will be $5.00.
In most cases, items will ship within 1-2 business days. Custom orders will be shipped upon confirmation of acceptance by customer after completion.
